AK Biosys Coco Peat (India) Pvt Ltd. (BIOSYS) is established in the year 2009. We are one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of compressed blocks, briquettes in India with the manufacturing capacity of 300 MT/Month (App 4000 MT/Annum). We have excellent infrastructure to manufacture coir pith compressed blocks (5 kg blocks), briquettes (650 gm) , brown fiber, white fiber and bristle fiber with necessary production facility set up at 7 acres of Land in an Industrial area where we have ample facilities such as Water, Power and Labor.
Currently we have 2 contract production units with excellent machineries to produce International Grade organic substrate to cater our export needs. A well equipped laboratory for quality control (ie) according to RHP Standards stands as a strength to us. Transport of goods and quickly exporting activities are done easily because we are just about 20 KM from Tuticorin Port which is a well known port in Southern part of India.
